Subscription Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refunds for the current month are available within 7 days of billing, provided minimal usage of the service.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be provided, but you can cancel to prevent future billing.

Enterprise and Custom Solutions
Enterprise customers and custom solution clients have specialized refund terms outlined in their individual contracts. Please refer to your signed agreement or contact your account manager for specific details.
